These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kira's Beauty Bar's Website.

Service Concern Policy

Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. If you experience discomfort or have concerns about your installation, please notify Kira's Beauty Bar within 48 hours of your appointment.

If you believe your install is too tight, uncomfortable, or has another installation-related concern:

Please contact the salon before removing or altering the installation.
We may request clear photos and schedule an in-person assessment to determine the cause of the issue.
If the concern is determined to be related to the installation, we will provide the appropriate corrective service at no additional charge. Corrective services may include loosening, adjusting, or reinstalling portions of the install at our discretion.
If the concern is caused by factors outside of the installation, including but not limited to allergic reactions, product sensitivities, underlying scalp conditions, improper home care, or services performed by another stylist after your appointment, complimentary corrections will not be provided. No refunds for any reason.

For health and sanitation reasons, installations that have already been removed, altered, or reinstalled by another person cannot be evaluated for complimentary corrections. Because every client's scalp and hair respond differently, results and comfort levels may vary. Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed. Our goal is always to resolve legitimate installation concerns promptly and professionally.

Hair Extension Policy

Please note that service results may vary based on several factors, including the construction, density, quality, and condition of the hair extensions used.

For the best results, Kira's Beauty Bar strongly recommends using hair extensions purchased directly from Kira's Beauty Bar or investing in high-quality extensions with thin wefts and full, healthy ends. These characteristics help achieve a more seamless installation, better blend, and longer-lasting results.

To ensure the best possible outcome, Kira's Beauty Bar recommends that all hair extensions be thoroughly shampooed and conditioned prior to installation. If you choose to provide your own hair, Kira's Beauty Bar cannot guarantee the final results or be held responsible for issues related to the quality, performance, or appearance of client-supplied hair.

All services are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued for any reason. If you experience a concern related to your installation, please refer to our Service Concern Policy for information regarding evaluations and corrective services.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure every client receives the full experience and to keep the salon running on schedule, please review our late arrival policy:

Clients arriving more than 9 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and properly.
If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, your booking deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee of $25 if the appointment can still be accommodated without affecting other scheduled clients.
If you anticipate being late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, doing so cannot be guaranteed.

Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, please review the following policy:

Appointments may be rescheduled one time at no charge if at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Same-day rescheduling requests are considered a late cancellation and will require a new deposit to secure a future appointment.
Clients who repeatedly reschedule appointments may be required to pay the full service amount in advance for future bookings.
If you arrive late and there is not enough time to complete your scheduled service, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Late arrival fees or a new deposit may apply.
Appointments can only be rescheduled within the booking system or by contacting the salon during business hours.

Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit and may require payment in full before booking any future appointments.
Booking deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward your appointment if you cancel or reschedule within the required notice period.
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may have their online booking privileges revoked or may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
If your appointment includes hair that has already been ordered, customized, or prepared, the portion of your payment covering the hair is non-refundable.

Processing & Shipping Policy

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, depending on product availability and inventory. Custom wig unitsrequire up to 21 business days for processing. Because production begins immediately, custom unit orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment has been received. Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery when placing your order.

After your order has been processed, shipping typically requires an additional 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Kira's Beauty Bar is committed to processing and shipping all orders as quickly as possible. However, once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather-related disruptions, or other carrier-related issues that are beyond our control.By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the processing and shipping timeframes outlined above. Processing or shipping times are not grounds for order cancellation or refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all hair extension, wig, and beauty product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on purchased products.

At Kira's Beauty Bar, we take pride in providing high-quality hair and products. If you believe you have received a product with a quality-related issue, please contact us promptly through the contact form at www.kirasbeautybar.com. We will review your concern and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photos or additional information for evaluation. Products that have been altered, chemically processed, colored, cut, installed, or otherwise modified are not eligible for review under this policy.

Billing & Shipping Address Policy

To help protect against fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders will only be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Please review all billing and shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If the billing and shipping addresses do not match or we are unable to verify the information provided, Kira's Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.Kira's Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete billing or shipping information provided by the customer.

In-Store Pickup Policy

To help protect against fraudulent transactions, in-store pickup is not available for online purchases. If you would like to purchase products in person, you are welcome to visit Kira's Beauty Bar and complete your purchase at the salon. Otherwise, all online orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with our Processing & Shipping Policy.
