    These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kira's Beauty Bar's Website.

 

Processing and Shipping

    Processing on orders take 1-5 business days depending on inventory. Custom units processing time is up to 10 business days. Once custom units are paid for they cannot be canceled since order processing will begin immediately. Please give your self ample time to receive product. After processing, shipping takes an additional 1-5 business days depending on the method of your choice. Refunds will not be given because you didn't read the policies about processing and shipping. However, we are always striving to deliver your product to you as quickly as possible. We are also not responsible for delays in shipping once the item is no longer in our hands.

Returns

    Due to the nature of the items, we do not offer refunds. We take pride in selling quality hair, so if you feel you are having quality issues please contact us at www.kirasbeautybar.com.

Shipping to Non-shipping Address

    All shipping and billing information must be the same or the order will be canceled. Orders will only be shipped out to the credit/debit card's billing address to avoid fraudulent activity. Please be sure to enter all information correctly since it will only be shipped to the address provided.

In-Store Pickup

    To protect myself from fraudulent activity, in-store pickup is no longer an option for online purchases. Your item will be shipped to you or you can pay in-store to receive the item.

Appointments

     Closures and frontals must be dropped off 48 hours prior to your appointment, if not there is an extra $20 fee. VIP appointments are an additional $75.
